Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Salary Range: $50000 - $55000 / year PLUS commission and bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications).
Requirements:

OTL/Ribo P&C License &/or LLQP license
3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Strong attention to detail

Answering phones & directing calls to sales specialists, welcoming clients
Accounts receivable, monitoring payments, ensuring billing accuracy
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, market to other services
Salary Range: $50000-$52000 / year PLUS bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications). 
Requirements:

6 months or more P & C Insurance or Customer service experience
Customer service experience (accounts receivable, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting payment collection goals
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving, finding solutions for customers
Dedicated to customer service, self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
Some financial background would be preferred
Strong attention to detail
